IEC Election of Board of Directors

The IEC election for the Board of Directors is scheduled tentatively for Saturday, February 18th, 2012 from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at IEC, 2313 S. Voss Road, Houston, Texas.

It is our Islamic responsibility to choose the best from among us to lead our community.  Therefore, you are requested by IEC to nominate the best candidates for the upcoming election for the Board of Directors.

For your information and convenience, please find attached one nomination form, along with a list of qualifications and requirements, as prescribed in the IEC Constitution and Bylaws. Each nominee must meet these qualifications and requirements, to the best of your knowledge.

Please use one nomination form for each candidate. You can download nomination forms from the IEC website and print it out or you may make copies of a blank nomination form.  Please fill out these forms in its entirety.  Please remember that the forms must be signed by yourself as well as the nominee. If the signature of either party is missing, then the nomination becomes invalid. Please mail the completed form(s) no later than January 27th, 2012. You may also scan and email the form(s) to election2012@iec-houston.org.
